Who we are

Welcome to Sky Hook Basketball Academy team! Get to know us better by reading the brief information and history of Sky Hook Basketball Academy.


Sky Hook Basketball Academy is a non-profit organization and was founded on August 22, 2016 in Hutto, Texas. SHBA apply technical basketball instruction, intensive drills sequence and guided game situational play from our certify coaches.


As a USA Basketball  Accredited Organization and Official Youth Organization of USA Basketball Youth Development we have a team of coaches who have undergone background checks and all are certified with USA Basketball Coaches Gold License, NCAA Coaches Approval Program, NCAA Team Registration (BBCS) and I’m Possible Training. Sky Hook Basketball Academy is official member of Point Guard College Basketball, Puerto Rico Little Lads, Small Fry, AAU and JR NBA.


Whether you enroll your kids in our Basketball Academy, Travel Teams Program, Summer Camp or One-on-One training session, you can trust that we will take good care of them and help them develop the skills they need to excel in basketball.

Sky Hook Basketball Academy (SHBA) is a nonprofit organization with the mission of providing basketball fundamentals training in a safe and fun environment. At SHBA, our vision is for kids to become critical thinkers, lifelong learners, and productive members of society.
